You’ll get personalized, one-on-one guidance throughout the session, with plenty of hands-on time to create your pieces. No prior experience is required.

Introduction to the Pottery Wheel: Learn the basics of wheel throwing, including how to center the clay and create your first pieces (such as bowls or small cylinders).

  1. Hands-On Instruction: Receive personalized guidance throughout the session, tailored to your skill level and goals.

  2. Creative Time: Focus on exploring shapes and forms, whether you’re a beginner learning the basics or an intermediate student working on refining your technique.

No firing or glazing included: This is a "create and take" class, meaning you'll get to keep the pieces you make after the session, but they will not be fired or glazed.

  1. Optional Additional Service: If you’d like your pieces fired and glazed, you can choose to add this service for an additional cost.

    • Firing and Glazing: [$25 additional fee per piece]

PRIVATE WORKSHOPS - SYDNEY&MELBOURNE

$100

I offer group hand-building workshops, where i come to you. A relaxing and meditative activity for a celebration or just a catch up with friends. Handbuilding is great for beginners or someone more experienced. You'll be guided through the process of hand-building with clay. This class can be structured with a particular outcome, or free form, depending on what everyone would like to do. In this session you can complete forms like vases, mugs, bowls or plates. Alternatively you can create more sculptural work and free from objects. Hand-building workshops are generally a little cleaner, and make a great option if you're planning to go out afterwards.

I will provide all tools and materials.
